**As of 07/24/2025 project has been awarded to Astech Corp, in the amount of $203,920.10.** The City of Sheridan, Wyoming, will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Sheridan Micro-Surface Project. The project is generally described as follows: The Base Bid includes micro-surfacing approximately 57,405 SQYDs of City of Sheridan Streets in the Canby St./Carlin St. area and Sheridan Ave. from the Railroad Bridge south to Wyoming Ave. APWA spec Type 2 rock will be required for this project. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: City of Sheridan Customer Service Attn: David Ford Sheridan Micro-Surface Project 55 Grinnell Plaza Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the City of Sheridan, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner Question Deadline 06/27/2025
