Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Folsom, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

St. John Church Road Bridge . Bid security is required. Be sure that your bid includes such security as is necessary to meet Parish requirements and is properly signed. The bid must be fully completed. All applicable Louisiana license numbers must be affixed. A Bid Guarantee of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total Bid, including Alternates, must accompany the Proposal and, at the option of the Bidder, may be a cashier's check, certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond. The Bid Guarantee must be attached to the Louisiana Uniform Public Work Bid Form. No Bid will be considered unless it is so guaranteed. Cashier's check or certified check must be made payable to the order of the Owner. Cash deposits will not be accepted. The performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond forming part of this Contract shall be continued by Contractor and its Surety for a period of one (1) year from date of acceptance of the Work/Project by Owner to assure prompt removal and replacement of all defective material, equipment, components thereof, workmanship, etc., and to assure payment of any damage to property of Owner or others as a result of such defective materials, equipment, workmanship, etc. Question Deadline 06/20/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Further, any questions or inquiries must be submitted via fax to 985- 898-5227, or via email to Procurement@stpgov.org. The Parish reserves the right to revise this schedule. Any such revision will be formalized by the issuance of an addendum to the Bid Request. The Owner reserves the right to cash or deposit the cashier's check or certified check. Such guarantees shall be made payable to the Parish of St. Tammany. In accordance with LSA-R.S. 38:2218(C), if a bid bond is used, it shall be written by a surety or insurance company currently on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service list of approved bonding companies which is published annually in the Federal Register, or by a Louisiana domiciled insurance company with at least an A- rating in the latest printing of the A.M. Best's Key Rating Guide to write individual bonds up to ten percent of policyholders' surplus as shown in the A.M. Best's Key Rating Guide or by an insurance company in good standing licensed to write bid bonds which is either domiciled in Louisiana or owned by Louisiana residents. It is not required to be on any AIA form. Bid date notes: Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractor's License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Bid Name and the Bid Number. The project classification is: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction.
