Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Dexter Construction Company Limited and Town & Country Property Improvements but the awarded amount is not available. The Town of Bridgewater (Town) requests firm tender prices for the miscellaneous supply of asphalt, planing of asphalt, placement of asphalt, and supply and placement of concrete for concrete sidewalk and curbs (provisional), as per the Town of Bridgewater specifications. The asphalt must meet or exceed the standard specifications of the Nova Scotia Public Works Standard Specifications required by the Town during the 2025-26 fiscal budget year, which will run from award of this tender until 31 March 2026.
