Renovation of a residential development in Denison, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The project may consist of rehabilitation items such as, replace roof and gutters, reside, window and door repair and replacement, minor electrical and plumbing work, and interior repairs to bring the home up to HUD's Section 8 and the Property Rehabilitation Standards. Any Questions Regarding the Projects Are to Be Directed to Brett Neiland at the Region Xii Council of Governments Office or by Calling 712-792-9914. Minority and Women-owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Bid. A Bid Guarantee in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Amount Must Accompany Each Bid. Bid Guarantee Must Be Made Payable to Region Xii Council of Governments. This Invitation is Given and Published Under the Authorization of Region Xii Council of Governments as the Administrator of the Denison Down Payment With Rehabilitation Program. The City as Mentioned Above Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality or Irregularity, or to Accept Any Bid Which Best Serves the Interest of Said City(S) and or County(S).
