Somerville Housing Authority- Roof Replacement Mystic River Phase 7, 200-02, Project #274173: The replacement of existing low-sloped built-up roofing with a new modified bitumen roofing system over the existing precast concrete modular additions at designated buildings and locations. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The General Bidder must be DCAMM certified in the category of 'Roofing' to be considered an eligible bidder.
