Site work and paving for a road / highway in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City seeks a range of construction services to install a new owner-provided metal shade shelter at the Capuano School in Somerville. Work includes the removal and disposal of approximately 5,000 square feet of asphalt, grading, installation of four concrete footing, the assembly and installation of an owner provided shade shelter, and the installation of new color sealcoat graphics. Additional work includes the creation of a temporary construction access from Glen Street and any necessary landscape repairs once the installation is complete. The City of Somerville, through the Procurement and Contracting Services Department, invites sealed bids for: Capuano Schoolyard Asphalt Surface, Graphics and Shade Shelter Installation. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids if, in her sole judgment, the best interest of the City of Somerville would be served by so doing.
