This project is funded through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Grant Program. As a recipient of BRIC funding, Custer County is committed to ensuring that all aspects of this project comply with FEMA's grant requirements, including but not limited to federal procurement standards, reporting obligations, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must acknowledge that the funding for this project is made possible through a grant from FEMA BRIC. The successful bidder will be required to adhere to all grant conditions and provide any necessary documentation to support compliance with FEMA regulations.
