Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Custer, South Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Custer is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the Custer Community Center Campus. The selected firm will provide phased building design and construction documents for the potential Custer Community Center Campus. Specific responsibilities are outlined in the Request for Proposals. Interested firms should submit an electronic copy of the proposal to Laurie Woodward (laurie@cityofcuster.com) or provide a flash drive of such, and two (2) hard copies. Please mark "Proposal for Architect/Engineer Services for the Custer Community Center Campus" on the envelope. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
