Enclosed is a Request for Qualifications directed at a qualified architectural firm or architect interested in working with Lincoln County to design and perform construction management on the Improvements to the 1823 Peter Lamar Tavern as a Business Incubator with Addition. Funding for the project, if awarded, will be provided by the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC) State Economic and Infrastructure Development (SEID) grant program.
