The Town of Smoky Lake is inviting proposals for the development of an 18,060 sq. ft. parcel of land within the town. This property is available for sale through a publicly advertised Request for Proposal process. The selected proponent will be required to develop the land with a minimum of four (4) housing units. As part of the Housing Accelerator Fund Grant, the Town will give the land (assessment value $49,800) to the successful proponent and waive utility connection fees ($7,500 per connection for water, sewer, and gas).
