Wenden Domestic Water Improvement District (DWID) is seeking proposals from qualified companies, experienced in the installation, implementation and replacement Domestic water well site components. The DWID is requesting: PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of work includes: 1. Replacement of motors and seal kits for two 5 HP transfer pumps 2. Replacement of a submersible well pump and motor (along with cable) for Well #2. 3. Installation of two water meters at the well heads BACKGROUND: Wenden Domestic Water Improvement District services the Wenden community located in rural La Paz, Arizona. The system is located north of Interstate 10 along State Route 60 approximately 50 miles west of Wickenburg, Arizona, in Sections 31 & 32, Township 06 North, Range 12 West, Gila & Salt River Meridian, La Paz County, Arizona. The system presently has 235 meter connections and is served by one central well site containing two wells, storage, treatment and booster. All work will take place at the central well site. All work will be a turnkey project, functioning under a single contract. The contractor will be responsible for adhering to all requirements of the specifications and for the performance of all sub-contractor(s). No bids received. Tender has been cancelled. The project will not be re-tendered.
