Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Indian Shores, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The contractor is responsible for removing the existing Aaon Roof Top Units RTU-02 and RTU-03 and Outside Air Unit OAU-4 from the Town Municipality Center's roof top. Supply and install the following units using current electrical, duct work and drain lines: 2 (two) 8 (eight) ton Package Roof Top Units (and adaptive curb, if needed) 1 (one) Outside Air Unit Provide the following details as part of bid: 1. Compressor Warranty 2. Parts and Labor warranty on evaporator and condenser coils 3. Evaporator, condenser, reheat and exterior coating corrosion protection warranty 4. Install thermostat controls for each unit 5. Estimated time to complete project. The deadline for questions is June 18, 2025. Submit questions to cporter@myindianshores.com.
