Provide Miscellaneous Environmental Services on an as needed basis in relation to Technical and Administrative Aspects of Environmental Management and Preservation for projects throughout the Parish. Specific scope of services will be on an as-needed basis for miscellaneous environmental type projects located throughout the Parish for an approximate two-year period. This scope for miscellaneous environmental services includes but is not limited to providing technical and administrative assistance related to aspects of environmental management and conservation, including, but no limited to in performing small, sitespecific environmental projects, such as Phase I and Phase II site assessments, corrective action plans, risk assessments, permitting and planning in the areas of air, water, waste management, energy, brownfields redevelopment, field investigations, research of regulations and available technologies, grant writing and management, outreach and education support and development of associated marketing materials and other services. All services shall be provided on an "as-needed" basis, and there shall be no guarantee as to the amount of work the firm or firms will be given during the term of the contract. The Council, at its discretion, may choose one or more qualified firms to provide the services. Affidavits and Certificates of Insurance are not required to be submitted with the Statement of Qualifications (General Professional Services Questionnaire) but shall be submitted prior to contract approval.
