Site work for a mixed-use development in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Quakertown Community School District will receive sealed bids for the District Service Center ADA Improvements project in the form of Single Prime lump sum contract. Project Location: 100 Commerce Drive, Quakertown, PA 18951. Project consists of ADA Ramp and three (3) door replacements and its entirety, scope shall also include relocation of access controls, installation of ADA devices, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Bid Documents, including, interalia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereofor items therein and to waive technicalities as it deems best to protect its interest. Question Deadline 07/04/2025 All questions must be submitted in writing as follows. Phone calls are not permitted. Doc.Note-A. The Engineer will furnish to Contractor up to two (2) sets of the Contract Documents. Additional sets of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the Engineer at cost specified below: 1. Additional bound copies of the Project Manual and Technical Specifications - $100.00 per set. 2. Additional drawings - $5.00 per sheet
