The purpose of this Quick Quote (QQ) is to solicit unsealed bids from qualified vendors to establish a one year contract with four (4) successive one-year renewal options with one or more vendors , for the inspection/testing and repairs of all backflow prevention devices (BPD) at the Department of Forensic Science Laboratories located in Richmond, Manassas, Norfolk and Roanoke, VA. Vendors may bid on a single lot, multiple lots or all four lots. August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026, with four (4) successive one (1) year renewal options. Initial contract period is an estimated start/end date, beginning/end dates may be pushed forward or back a week or two, depending on availability of awarded contractor. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, materials, equipment and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance of the BPD inspection/testing and repairs in accordance with local code requirements.
