The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority invites qualified contractors, association, and joint venture to provide a bid for the Back of House Renovation - Customer Safety and A/V Department ("the Project"): The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting qualifications for this RFB for the BOH Renovation - Customer Safety & A/V Department project to identify qualified professionals to receive consideration of a contract to provide procurement and installation services. The purpose of this RFB is to determine the lowest bid from the lowest responsive and responsible qualified bidder ("Contractor") for award of a contract to perform the Work necessary to construct and renovate the back of house customer safety and A/V departments. An application to qualify to bid is included in the bid documents for the Project. All requests and/or questions regarding the bid are to be directed to Miller & Ham Project Development by e-mail at admin@millerpmlv.com or by phone at 702-892-2881. Communication between a Bidder and any member of the Board of Directors of the Authority or between a non-designated Authority representative regarding the selection of a proponent or award of this Bid is prohibited from the time the Invitation to Bidders is advertised until the posting of the agenda for Bid award. Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bidders shall be addressed to the Authority representative specified on the Invitation to Bidders. Failure of a Bidder, or any of its representatives, to comply with this paragraph may result in their Bid being rejected.
