The Qualification will be for an Annual Contract to provide the following services to the County on an as needed basis: Plumbing services, minor/incidental, maintenance and repair including but not limited to: repair and replacement of existing valves, fixtures, fire pump maintenance, existing supply, septic drain fields and drain lines, (replacing rock under tank, adding distributor box to drain line, etc.) Unclogging drains with cable machine. Unclogging drains using water jetting equipment. Camera work associated with blockages and damaged plumbing lines. Sewer gas leak detection. Cleaning storm/parking lot drains. Service Relocation: Removal and installation of new equipment (e.g. dishwasher, water fountains, toilets, ice machines, etc.) and other related plumbing services including; repair/test and perform annual certification of back flow preventers. Locate water lines underground with line locator. Investigate odor caused by sewer drains/piping. The specific magnitude of the Work will be determined by individual Work Orders issued by Palm Beach County against this Annual Contract. It is anticipated that Work Orders will be generally less than $100,000 each, but may be larger. This Annual Contract may be awarded for up to five (5) years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $500,000. Open Qualification. It is the current intention of the Board to establish a list of Qualified Contractors under this Annual Contract, but additional Qualified Contractors may be added by the County at any time and contractors may submit a Qualifications Application package at any time during the term of this Annual Contract. A contractor must be determined to be qualified by the County in order to submit quotes/bids for future Work Orders covered by this Annual Contract. All conditions and requirements for submission, consideration, and award including S/M/WBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Contract Documents.
