The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting competitive bids to supply and delivery one (1) Motor Circuit Protector, Westinghouse Part Number: CAT HMCP400X5W. If your firm is interested in this solicitation and would like to submit a bid, click the "Prepare your submission" button below; selecting the button in no way obligates you to submit a response to this Request for Bid (RFB). Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bids. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Order(s).
