This project is to construct a variable width (12' wide typical) 6" thick concrete trail in sections from near Rodeo Drive along Rodeo Center Drive and Military Parkway to near Galloway Avenue. Notice to Proceed - Start Construction August 18, 2025 Substantial Completion (120 Calendar Day Contract) December 15, 2025 Bidder must submit, with their Bid, a Cashier's check, Certified check or a Bid Bond from an approved surety company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and guarantee forms, if required, within 10 days after notice of award of contract. The successful bidder must furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, from an approved Surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, and acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding Certificates of Authority from the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, or another Surety acceptable to the City.
