General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid shall be submitted as one paper original and one electronic flash drive copy and be accompanied by Bid Security (bid bond, certified check, official bank check) or a Letter of Credit (in a form agreeable to Dutchess County) in the amount of 10% of the bid amount. Bidders' security will be retained until the successful bidder has signed the Owner-Contractor Agreement and the County has finalized the Agreement. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and in bidding and to reject any or all proposals.
