Reference Number 0000390731 The City of Poughkeepsie is inviting qualified engineering firms (hereto referred to as Firm) to submit a proposal forconsideration to provide an engineering assessment of the existing condition of the Waryas Park large vessel pier. The pier is located south of Main Street. A comprehensive engineering assessment is needed to determine the Waryas Pier's structural condition and to define the project's scope of repairs and develop a reconstruction program. Following that assessment, and upon consultation with the City's team, engineering design would be undertaken for the proposed dock reconstruction Question Acceptance Deadline 07/23/2025 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The contract term shall be for a period of ninety (90) days commencing upon successful execution of the formal contract. The City reserves the right to accept any submittal and/or parts thereof and/or to reject any and all submissions, or to waive any irregularities in the submissions if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Poughkeepsie. If all proposals submitted in response to this RFP are unacceptable, the City reserves the right to reject the proposals and to solicit new proposals for the project. The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time prior to a fully executed contract, and, if desired, to reissue the RFP.
