Renovation of an educational facility in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Public Buildings, is soliciting bids for the Resilient Flooring and Installation at Merrymount Elementary School. The purpose of procuring resilient flooring preparation and installation services with select locations of wall base; all following flooring abatement done by others. Question Deadline 06/16/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to Kathryn R. Logan, Chief Procurement Officer by email: klogan@quincyma.gov and cc: mmarini@quincyma.gov. Bids must be accompanied by a properly certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed bid price. The City of Quincy reserves the right to withdraw the Bid; to reject any and all bids; and to accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy. Non-responsive and/or unbalanced bids may be rejected.
