The Quincy Housing Authority Development Corporation (QHADC) is seeking proposals from Structural Engineers registered in the state of Massachusetts to provide technical services for the Design and Contract Administration for the construction of the new affordable housing residential development Mariner's Cove at Bicknell Street, Quincy, MA. Mariner's Cove consists of two 4-story residences, each containing eight units. The Engineer's basic scope of services is to design the structural components and connections of the building to resist gravity and lateral loading including, but not limited to, the foundation, wood framed structure, and concrete masonry unit wall areas. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
