This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the "NRFP") is an invitation by the Town of Fort Erie (the Town) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Sewer Lateral Investigation by CCTV Services, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Town of Fort Erie is seeking NRFP from qualified proponents to provide CCTV services to investigate sanitary sewer laterals from the sewer main utilizing a tractormounted pan & tilt lateral launch camera. The areas to be inspected are illustrated in Appendix D. This project involves the inspection of approximately 350 sanitary sewer laterals with a provisional item for an additional 400 sanitary sewer laterals. The CCTV inspection of the primary 350 laterals including the video and inspection reports must be completed by September 19, 2025. If the Town release additional lateral investigations (Provisional Laterals) a schedule and timeline will be discussed with the Proponent and approved by the Town prior to commencing the investigations. The intent of the project is to utilize the inspection reports to determine the structural condition and active infiltration defects in the laterals. The reports will then be utilized to create a lateral repair program using trenchless technology and open cut where required. The repair project is scheduled to be tendered in the fall of 2025.
