Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The contractor will be responsible for the full scope of services required for the Lions Sugarbowl Bandshell Site work. This includes the supply and installation of concrete pier footings, a concrete pad, electrical work, asphalt pathways and culvert installation. The Contractor shall coordinate schedules with the Bandshell Installer. The Construction must follow the following schedule sequence: 1. Concrete Pier Footing Installation (completed by August 15th) 2. Bandshell Installation (by others) 3. Concrete Pad 4. Asphalt Pathway The Town of Fort Erie will provide the contractor with the following: 1. Geotechnical Report 2. Building Permit 3.
