Closing Time: 1:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this RFP. ** The City of St. John's is seeking professional services from a qualified Landscape Architectural firm, to act in the capacity of Prime Consultant, to provide engineering and architectural services for the detailed design of Prince Edward Plaza Park & the Main Stage located on George Street. A conceptual rendering has been completed and the detailed design is expected to align with the future vision of this landmark location. The successful proponent will be required to undertake a wide range of services, including but not limited to the following: detailed design, estimating, tender services, contract administration, construction inspection, testing, commissioning, training and project closeout. The scope of work contemplated in this RFP is divided into two separate phases: Phase 1 - Design Services and Estimation Services (the "Phase 1 Deliverables") Phase 2 - Tender Services, Construction Services, Commissioning Services, Training Services, Closeout Documentation Services, Warranty Services (the "Phase 2 Deliverables"). Proponents must submit proposals that address the full scope of work for both Phases 1 and 2. Through the evaluation process, a successful proponent will be selected and invited to enter into a contract with the City of St. John's as the Prime Consultant. The City's ability to move forward with subsequent phases of the Deliverables is contingent on funding. Therefore, at the time of entering into a contract with the successful proponent, no commitment will be made by the City for the Phase 2 Deliverables. However, proponents are advised that the potential scope of the contract resulting from this RFP may be expanded to include any or all of the Phase 2 Deliverables.
