Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 20, 2025 02:30 PM NDT The work under this project is required to: 1.Carry out a comprehensive site visit to identify all the fire dampers in the building and verify the available relevant plans for the existing and any missing fire dampers required by the code; 2.provide an up-to-date inventory of the FDs in the building including their qty, location on the building fire protection and HVAC plans 3.identify the locations that require fire dampers and/or missing ones. 4.identify the inaccessible fire dampers' locations and consequently provide access. Inspection/testing shall be carried out once accessed to ensure their operation and compliance. 5.inspect the existing dampers' conditions as well s their compliance and, rectify/repair/replace, as required. 6.provide a report summarizing all findings, including the corrective actions required for functional, accessible and compliant fire dampers. All work shall be in accordance with NBC, NFPA 80,105, and applicable codes and standards. This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to any Respondent.
