Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/23 12:00:00 AM NDT The structural repair work will consist generally of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the supply of all necessary plant, labour, equipment, and materials to facilitate the replacement of rubber arch type fenders, switching existing fenders between Piers, replacement of UHMW-PE fender panels, full depth concrete deck repairs, and asphalt patching 1 The St. John's Port Authority (SJPA) is preparing to complete infrastructure repairs at Oceanex Terminal I as part of the 2025 Structural Investigation Repair Program. The current scope of work for rehabilitation includes: .1 Replacement of two rubber arch type fenders at Pier 2/3. 2 Switching out two existing fenders at Pier 5 with existing fenders being removed at Pier 2/3. 3 Replace damaged/missing UHMW-PE Panels as required. 4 Complete full depth concrete deck repairs at Piers 4 and 5. 5 Complete asphalt patching, as per the contract plans. The above listed work is subject to the following constraints during construction: .1 Construction activities shall not detrimentally impact the surrounding environment and shall respect ongoing use of site by Oceanex. 2 The Contractor is to comply with all environmental documents. .3 The Contractor is responsible for the delineation of the construction zones. .4 All work to be carried out in accordance with applicable federal, provincial regulations for those agencies having jurisdiction for the work. .5 The Contractor must be aware that Oceanex facilities will be operating at the project site during the time frame of this contract. No claims shall be accepted due to failure to co-ordinate this work with Oceanex facilities.
