Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, guaranteeing faithful compliance with all requirements of the contract documents and complete fulfillment of the contract, including payment of all labor, material, and other bills made in carrying out this contract." The Surety Company issuing the bonds shall be authorized to conduct business in the State of Missouri, and carry a rating of A-6 or better as listed in the A.M. Best or equivalent rating guide.
