Weatherization Program, is soliciting bids from Contractors for Weatherization, HVAC Clean & Tune and HVAC replacement. The Weatherization contractors will bid for annual contract work between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026. The "HVAC" contractors, once preapproved, will form a pool of contractors and be invited to bid as work becomes available during the year in all our counties. The work will be bid per county in Audrain, Boone, Cooper, Callaway, Cole, Howard, Moniteau and Osage. Weatherization contracts are awarded based on bid pricing and contractor experience.
