Reference number: 20075851 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-19 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Bids shall be accompanied by a certified cheque equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, payable to the owner, or a bid security issued by an insurance company authorized by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions of Quebec or by the Superintendent of Insurance of Canada to act as surety, established at the same amount, valid for a period of sixty (60) days since the bid opening date. This bid guarantee must be exchanged at the signature of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pawnshops, materials and services. Where these guarantees are in the form of a surety, the amount of each of them corresponds to fifty percent (50%) of the contract price and, when they are in the form of a certified cheque, the amount of each of them corresponds to ten percent (10%) of the contract price. Delivery schedule The work can begin as soon as the contract is awarded and must be completed by October 15, 2025.
