Reference number: 20003579 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-05 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 1 The Municipality of Saint-Majorique-de-Grantham wishes to obtain bids for the completion of resurfacing and repair work on 3 separate streets. The work includes, but is not limited to, leveling for connections, cleaning and preparation of surfaces, laying of bituminous coating, resurfacing of shoulders and private entrances as well as connection to the existing. Bidders with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, i.e. the Quebec-Accord, are eligible to bid on this call for tenders. Ontario (ACCQO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Bidders must obtain the tender documents on the SEAO website. Fees are set according to the pricing established by the SEAO. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the Bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council.
