Integrated Pipeline Project - Pipeline Section 19 Microtunnel Crossings Question Submission Deadline: August 7, 2025, 12:00pm Construction of approximately 30,741 linear feet of 84-inch water line by a combination of open cut and Microtunneling along the proposed alignment of Section 19 in Henderson County and Anderson County. The Owner's Budget for the Project is $75,000,000 to $100,000,000. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before October 31, 2027. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Offerors must submit an acceptable Proposal Security with their Proposal as a guarantee that the Offeror will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 15 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The Proposal Security must be payable to Tarrant Regional Water District in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed Contract Price. Offeror must execute the Contract and bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents and provide evidence of insurance as required by the Contract Documents. QA - 6/16/25: Open cut pipeline and tunnel carrier pipe must be Steel Pipe meeting requirements of Specification 02626. See Section 01010 paragraph 1.03 for restrictions on Alternate Technical Concepts. FRP pipe is not an acceptable alternate. The base proposal must include a minimum excavated diameter of 120- inch as indicated in drawing notes and minimum annulus grout thickness must be met.
