**As of May 1st, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: repair and replacement of bridge handrail, guardrail, and attenuators. The purpose of this invitation is to set unit prices. The City's contract budget may be less than the bid amount; therefore, the City is not obligated to award the contract for the full bid amount. The contract may be renewed up to 2 (two) additional terms, upon the expiration of contract funds, under the same terms, conditions, and unit prices. In no event shall the contract's total time exceed five years from the initial Effective Date. Questions Due Date: Mar 9th 2026, 2:00 PM CDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to City electrically through Online Portal, 10 days prior to the Bid opening. Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 19th 2026, 2:00 PM CDT City's Right to Accept or Reject Bids City Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids.
