The City of East Providence is seeking consulting services for research, writing, image acquisition, graphic production and installation for interpretive signage panels (a single large panel or several panels) to be installed at the Crescent Park to educate visitors of the historic significance of the Carousel and former Crescent Park. Any questions should be directed to Patrick Hanner, Principal Planner, at phanner@eastprovidenceri.gov and Jessica Lamprey, Procurement Specialist at jlamprey@eastprovidenceri.gov no later than MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2025, AT 4:00PM. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
