In compliance with Government Code 2254.004, Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking Geotechnical Engineering and Related Services. The work will include the preparation of the necessary documents such as Geotechnical Engineering Report of existing conditions, drawings, specifications, CAD details, contract documents, regulatory documents along with materials testing. Lewisville ISD's goal is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) of Geotechnical Engineering Services and complete this work in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications. The firm(s) selected shall act as a representative of the District in coordinating necessary programming, complete appropriate field inspections, materials testing, and surveys. The firm(s) shall also develop quality control plans to ensure contractor compliance with plans and specifications. The selected firm(s) shall, at a minimum, be responsible for providing Geotechnical Engineering Services including but not all inclusive of the following: materials testing, field investigation, laboratory investigation, and Engineering Services. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two-year term.
