Day to Submit Questions July 14, 2025 05:00 p.m. Questions must be submitted electronically The work covered by these contract documents consists of the repair of four (4) remote pressure release valve station structures located at the following locations across South Carolina: 850 Archers Lane; 1112 Lykes Lane; 1000 Windsor Shores Drive; and 401 Columbiana Drive. A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to repair the four PRV stations according to the provided repair drawings and as specified herein. B. The Work varies across the sites (not all sites include all work listed below). Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Repair masonry wall crack(s) with specified material. 2. Repair concrete slab crack(s) with specified material. 3. Repair/replace broken or missing clay brick and concrete unit masonry. 4. Clean and patch exposed reinforcement with specified material. 5. Install helical pier(s) and pressure inject specified material below slab corner(s) to mitigate settlement. 6. Replace damaged vent(s). 7. Plug hole(s) in exterior walls. 8. Clear light vegetation cover. 9. Reinforce existing roof-to-top-of-wall connections with positive connections (requires installing new connection hardware, lifting existing roof as required). 10. Enlarge existing pipe opening through exterior wall (requires removing exterior masonry to enlarge opening, spraying with polyurethane filler around pipe, installing a new lintel header above the enlarged opening, reinforcing the masonry cells alongside the opening, and installing new exterior flashing). 11. Reinforce jambs at existing access door(s).
