The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals with pricing to provide custodial services to SULS for approximately 84,172 (excluding grounds) square feet on the SULS campus. Custodial, or Custodial Services, means all labor (custodial, janitorial, housekeeping and typical porter services), materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the work in accordance with the requirements defined throughout this RFP and related attachments. The objective of contracting the services described in this RFP is to implement a performance-based cleaning program which yields quality levels generally consistent with the APPA Level 2 standard of Custodial service for the campus and APPA Level 1 for the Pre-K & Kindergarten and Gym Areas. SULS requires a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, administration, faculty, and staff. Deadline for Inquiries by 5:00 PM on JUNE 17, 2025 Submit inquiries to: Linda Antoine at linda_antoine@subr.edu Deadline to respond to inquiries by 5:00 PM on JUNE 23, 2025 SULS intends for this RFP to result in a contract for a period of (1) year at the pricing and proposal information contained herein upon mutual agreement with the Contractor. The contract may be extended for an additional (1) year period by mutual written consent of the Contractor and SULS.
