Project involves the assessment and rehabilitation of a failed drainage swale, site grading adjustments on private properties (with the owner's consent), and future utility risk mitigation measures related to a water main located beneath a retaining wall. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for engineering consultant services has been awarded. The civil is completing a site investigation, engaging with property owners, preparing detailed design drawings. Further update early 2026.
