This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pavement and Sidewalk Condition Data Collection, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide: Continuous concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, asphalt roadway, asphalt parking lot, and asphalt trail condition ratings utilizing video survey and LiDAR technology. The use of software analytics and machine learning are of greater interest. Full engineering services to complete 2025/2026 network-level pavement and sidewalk condition data collection. Upload of information into the City's RoadMatrix software. The data collection will cover the City's full roadway network, inclusive of arterials, collectors, locals, back lanes, parking lots and trails.
