The City of St. Albert is inviting proposals from qualified mechanical contractors to provide all necessary services for the replacement of Air Handling Unit #8 (AHU-8) at Servus Credit Union Place, located at: 400 Campbell Road, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8. The existing Lennox LGC300H2 Packaged Rooftop Unit has reached the end of its useful life and must be replaced with a modern, energy-efficient equivalent that meets current mechanical, electrical, and ventilation standards. AHU-8 provides environmental control for our fitness center. This project seeks to replace the aging unit to ensure reliable operation and enhanced energy performance.
