Renovation of a fire / police facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This Project consists of removing and replacing part of apparatus bay structural slab and repairs to the remaining slab. Adding supplemental steel framing to support existing slab and addition of heavy-duty traffic coating to the slab surface. All questions should be submitted in writing prior to 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 to pbusat@milwaukee.gov. Time for Completion: 60 Working Days. Project shall be fully complete by no later than November 1st 2025. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $165.00 The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. The SBE requirement for this project is 25% of the contract base bid. Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractors Base Bid.
