Clinton Rose Senior Center Renovations Project No.: WS014902 Contract Description: Work of the project includes predominately interior renovations to the senior center. Scope generally includes demolition of selected existing conditions and construction of new kitchen, computer lab, health rooms, activity rooms, and office space. Finish updates (flooring, walls, cabinetry, ceilings) throughout. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing updates throughout. ADA updates and reconfiguration to restrooms and entryway. The project will also include installing new curb and concrete sidewalk for accessible route from parking lot and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents. Substantial Completion Date: Construction activities must be completed by August 15, 2026. Project funded by: Flexible Facilities Program Grant funds from the Wisconsin Department of Administration and the U.S. Department of Treasury and Milwaukee County Milwaukee County project bid summary results will be posted online.
