This contract shall provide for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified as government-furnished property and services. Location is City of Alexandria - ATRANS Bus Terminal, 1001 Main Street, Alexandria, LA 71301. This contract shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from bid award date. Contingent upon the availability of funds and the ability of the successful bidder to honor the quoted price(s), the City reserves the right to renew the existing contract for a period of two (2) additional years, in one (1) year increments. The Contract Manager shall be required to meet with a designated ATRANS representative for the first month for a performance evaluation. Meetings shall be as often as necessary thereafter as deemed by the ATRANS representative and shall be at a mutually agreed upon date and time. (Janitorial Work Schedule Checklist attached).
