Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
This project is funded in association with the Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services (OHMHAS). All OHMHAS Capital Funds are provided on a reimbursement basis. This project is exempt from State Sales Tax and is subject to Federal Prevailing Wage (Davis Bacon) requirements. Bidder Questions Deadline: June 20, 2025, 1:30pm. Question Response Deadline: June 27, 2025, 1:30pm. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Bond shall be in an amount of 100% of the bid amount to the aforesaid Montgomery County Board of Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Montgomery County Board of Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the Bond. the bid can be accompanied by a Bid and Performance Bond for a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid submitted The Board estimates the project will be Substantially Complete by 12 months after Start Date. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity of bids, should same be to the advantage of the county. No bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the Bid opening thereof.
