Site work and paving for a civil project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Westbrook Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. The project consists of cleaning and recoating a 1,000,000 gallon elevated steel tank, designed as a single-pedestal spheroid. Key project components include: (1) foundation repairs (2) upgrades to climbing ladders, platform manholes, and platform sleeves (3) installation of a roof safety railing (4) repaving of the access driveway (5) antenna relocation and associated maintenance, and; (6) miscellaneous repairs and incidental work items. All Bids shall include the Bid Submittal Documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
