Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Sparwood, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The main items of Work in this Contract include the following: Selective demolition of stair, chair lift, railings, partitions and concrete. New construction of mezzanine extension, concrete footings, lift, partitions, bathroom and finishes. Finish requirements are provided on the Issued for Tender drawings. Cash allowance for the supply and installation of the following: .1 Resilient Floor - Sheet Goods: $80,000 .2 Rolling Glass Door: $20,000 .3 Wall finish - Paint and Applied: $35,000 All finishes are to be coordinated and approved by Owner.
