2025 Road Projects Cold Mix Paver Wedging & Hoy Oil Seal Coating Cold Mix Wedging *the Cold Mix Paving Asphaltic Material Shall Be Mc, Sc Asphalt. It Shall Be Mixed in a Plant Equipped With Weigh Belt-conveyer and Automatic Computer-controlled Proportioning of Asphalt to Aggregate. *all Aggregates to Be Used in The Asphaltic Mixtures Shall Be 100% Virgin in Nature. No Recycled Asphaltic Aggregates Will Be Accepted. * Cold Mix Must Be Produced and Used in a Continuous Operation and May Not Be Stockpiled to Be Used at A Later Date. Ms Hot Asphalt * Resurfacing All Sections Approved by the Town With Pg 58-28 Cut Back Liquid Asphalt Heated To 350 Degrees and Applied in a Single Pass Up to 24ft. Width. * Cover Aggregate to Consist of 100% Fractured Black Granite Stone And Applied in One-pass Up to 24ft. Width. * Contractor to Provide Cold Mix Pot-hole Patching Prior to Seal Coat Application. Contractor Will Provide a Truck That Contains Cold Mix Patch Material Including an Operator to Fill Any Potholes/voids Necessary Prior to the Chip Seal Process. * Aggregate to Be Compacted With A Duo-packer Consisting of Both Rubber and Steel. The Contract May or May Not Be Awarded at This Time. Bids Must Be in a Sealed Envelope and Clearly Marked on the Outside of the Envelope "sealed Road Bid".
