Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid shall provide for the installation of 237 square yard of concrete sidewalk and 295 linear feet of concrete curb within the right-of-way of Brunswick Pike South from the existing sidewalk terminus at Lawrence Toyota to the existing sidewalk on Allen Lane as shown on the construction plans. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on July 15, 2025, subject to the availability of funds in the 2025 Adopted Budget and 2025 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about August 4, 2025. The completion of the project shall be twenty (20) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by August 29, 2025. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
