Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The bid shall provide for approximately 31,225 square yards of milling and installation of 3,760 tons of HMA 9.5M64 surface course in the Longacres development and Municipal Complex. This work also includes 2,820 linear feet of curb, drainage improvements, striping and other miscellaneous work shown on the construction plans. Project scope also includes improvements at Colonial Lake Park, 7,200 square yards of pavement removal at the Township owned parcel behind Colonial Bowling and Entertainment, 2420 Brunswick Pike and installation of a parking area and trail connection. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on July 15, 2025, subject to the availability of funds in the 2025 Adopted Budget and 2025 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about August 11, 2025. The completion of the project shall be sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by October 31, 2025. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall be responsible for, and furnish, all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation, including fuel, tools, power and water tests of the work, and all other items that are necessary to complete the project, except those materials, equipment, utilities or services, if any, herein specified to be furnished by the Owner. The omission of specific mention of this fact, therefore, from any part of the specifications, shall not be deemed a waiver of the Contractor's obligation to furnish all materials, equipment and labor to complete and test the project.
